$$CPUTIME^XLFSHAN: Return System and User CPU Time

Description

The $$CPUTIME^XLFSHAN extrinsic function returns two comma-delimited pieces:

• “system” CPU time.
  
  
• “user” CPU time (except on VMS where no separate times are available).

NOTE: This API was released with Kernel Patch XU*8.0*657.
